Clint Bolick is the Vice President and Director of Litigation for the Washington, D.C.-based Institute for Justice. Before joining the Institute for Justice, Mr. Bolick was Director of the Landmark Center for Civil Rights in Washington, D.C. (1988-91).
- Mr. Bolick is the author of more than eight books and monographs on economic liberty and civil rights, including the forthcoming Transformation: The Promise and Politics of Empowerment (Institute for Contemporary Studies), Grassroots Tyranny: The Limits of Federalism (Cato Institute, 1993), Unfinished Business: A Civil Rights Strategy for America's Third Century (Pacific Research Institute, 1990), and Changing Course: Civil Rights at the Crossroads (Transaction 1988).
- His articles have appeared in numerous professional and academic publications, including the Yale Journal of Regulation, the ABA Journal, and the Hofstra Property Law Journal. He is also a regular contributor to the Wall Street Journal. His editorials have appeared in the New York Times, the Washington Post, USA Today, and dozens of other publications.
- Mr. Bolick has been a staff attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Mountain States Legal Foundation.
- Mr. Bolick received his B.A. in political science from Drew University in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of California at Davis in 1982.
